Description of Elliptical Biking

Aquaelliptical Biking classes (also called « elliptical biking ») are conducted standing up on an elliptical bike placed in water. The exercises are coached by a professionnal trainer to music. Of all water aerobics, elliptical biking is the simplest as the bike guides your movements.

Regular exercising of elliptical biking brings numerous benefits and increases your physical well-being thanks to its full body workout.

Exercising on an elliptical bike :
