Description of Aquatrekking
Aquatrekking (also known as « Underwater Treadmill ») is practiced standing up on an underwater treadmill (placed in the pool). Participants either walk or run to the rhythm chosen by the trainer. The underwater treadmill is not motorized and the belt can only be moved by pressure from the feet and thus entails extra muscular effort.
