Aquatic gym works your whole body and your abdominals using small equipment. Aquagym classes are open to everyone.

Aquaslimming

This aquatic gym targets your lower body and abdominals with the use of specific equipment.

Aquaworkout

This type of Aqua gym strengthens your whole body and reinforces your cardio-respiratory abilities thanks to the use of equipment.

Aquasurprise

Gentle water aerobic based on stretching exercises. We recommend these classes to beginners.

Aquamix

Aqua gym classes combining several of the above.

Aquatic Classes Using Specific Equipment

Aquabiking (classes on Reservation)

Participants cycle on a bike placed in water. Exercises are cardiovascular, they strenghthen your back, thighs, buttocks, and arms. Click on videoclip and watch an Aquabike clas.

Aquatrekking (classes on Reservation)
