Description of Walkertrekking

Walkertrekking is aquatrekking but without the water! Walkertrek (also called The Fitness Treadmill) classes are practiced standing up on a treadmill in the Fitness room. You either walk or run on the treadmill to music, guided by a coach. The treadmill is not motorized and the belt can only be moved by pressure from the feet and thus entails extra muscular effort. Upper and lower body exercises are combined thanks to the use of smaller equipment.
